Wall work Pilates
De Castro Pilates has the pleasure of introducing Wall Work Pilates. The workshop that Javier Pérez Pont Teacher of teachers of Romana’s Pilates Level II will teach in Valencia.
Wall exercises strengthen the spine, improve body alignment, and relieve neck and shoulder strain. They constitute a clear transition from the work initially done on the Reformer and on the mat to the vertical and natural position in which the daily activities of the person are developed. On the mat should be aware of the spine and body alignment working slowly and with concentration. The series of exercises on the wall can be done with or without weights of 1/2 or 1 kg.
This series of basic system exercises are essential to complete a session of the Contrology.
